AHHHHH! What can I say about Tara Point Inn? My husband and I discovered it several years ago sitting on a point overlooking the confluence of the rivers. What a view they have!

Each cottage has a great private porch with killer views. The inn is perfect for those traveling in groups, but otherwise would recommend the cottages for the privacy aspect alone.

Winter customers enjoy the eagle watching which this area is known for. Lots of places to eat nearby and did I mention the six wineries? What a find. You'll swear you're looking at a multimillion dollar view in California. But shhhhhh! don't tell anyone!

We spent one night in the Dogwood Cottage D1, the wheelchair accessible cottage. It was awesome! I was glad to see all the neccessary accomidations for a person in a wheelchair, such as I am; highseat toilet, handheld sprayer & bench added to back of 2 person whirlpool tub, rails, ramp leads into back of cottage, bed easy to get in/out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We just spent one night in the Redbud Cottage and the view was fantastic, not only from the deck, but the sitting room and the bedroom. The cottages are beautifully decorated. We had a fire going and chose a video to watch from their nice selection. The tub is a two person with jets. The rooms are very large. Not much to do in Grafton but we had a nice dinner at Mississippi Half Step, a resturant near by.

We stayed here in late May for our anniversary on a weekend. The Delta Queen suite in the main house was very nice. Interesting decor in the game room and there are many books and DVD’s to keep you entertained in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. The view from the deck was outstanding.

We received a Gift Certificate to stay at the main house before there were cabins on our wedding night. We absolutely loved it. It is enchanting. We returned on our 10th wedding anniversary to stay in one of the cabins. We did not think they could top the main house but the cabins are amazing. You loose yourself in the views and the atmosphere. It is a must do on anyone’s list. We highly recommend that you come and enjoy it. We also say it is the quickest way to relieve stress. The stress starts to melt away as soon as you enter the drive. What awaits you above is spectacular.
